THERE IS NO AC. Other features include 2 full size refrigerators, ice maker, out door shower, gas grill, beach chairs, and WIFI.Each bedroom has pillows with zippered covers and blankets. All are washed after each use. Join us on the many porches and listen to the waves crashing.
