The third level includes two full bedrooms; one with a king size bed and the other with 2 twin beds and a full bath. Luxury features include a gourmet kitchen with 2 Wolf Ovens, a Wolf-5 burner gas range, custom cabinetry and granite counters; hardwood floors; coffered ceilings; and tiled bathrooms with glass enclosed showers. Luxury 500 count thread sheets and towels are included in the rate for peak season rentals. The linen package can be added for off-season, short-term rentals for $365.Parking spaces for 2 cars. Shared driveway with neighbors. Tenants do not have access to garage. 8 Beach Chairs for tenants use. Short term stays available in the off season. Inquire within for availability and rates.
