The kitchen is fully equipped and has a microwave oven, coffee maker, blender, pots and pans and a lobster pot, with table and flatware for 6-8 people. There is a 55-inch flat screen SMART TV in the living room with expanded cable and streaming platforms built in. There is a 36-inch internet TV with streaming in the primary bedroom. The home has beautiful floors in washed oak that are bright and beachy. The property is pet friendly and has a large, private fenced in backyard with persimmon trees providing shade over a cozy back deck with seating for four. There is also an electric grill for outdoor use. There is a covered front porch with seating for two, just perfect for enjoying a cup of tea, reading a book and watching the world go by.
