Unit 2F is a newly updated condo offering 1 Bedroom and 1 Bathroom. It sleeps up to 6 guests with a Queen and a Single Trundle Bed in the bedroom. Additionally, there is a Queen sofa bed in the living room. There is plenty of storage with a large walk-in closet in the bedroom. Enjoy streaming your favorite shows and movies from the new 55 inch smart TV. YouTube Live provides the local and basic cable needs. This is a 2nd floor unit with an elevator and coin operated laundry available. There is one off street assigned parking spot for this unit.
Guests must bring sheets and towels. Owner supplies blankets and pillows, 6 beach tags, 2 beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and cooler. Paper products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are fully stocked. This is a smoke free and pet free condo.
