Work out facility, heated pool, community sauna, outside shower facilities, bbq area and one of only a select properties that are right on the world famous Wildwood Boardwalk. With immediate access to the 2.5 mile wooden boardwalk, endless activities await ! Elevator for access, as well as coin operated washer/dryer onsite. Tenants are responsible for ordering linens and towels, these are NOT INCLUDED in any rental periods. One parking space is assigned to unit # and tenant MUST fill our tenant form at least three days prior to arrival. VRBO Guests - a booking confirmation will be sent via email after reserving. FOR LAST MINUTE BOOKING INQUIRIES: Please "ask Host" or inquire with Broker.
*** All tenants are REQUIRED to fill out the Private Rental Guest Registration form 3 days prior to check in. Form is located in property documents ***
Sunday to Sunday weekly, or three night minimum with HARD check out on Sunday. No “long weekends” that carry over into Monday or Tuesday.
