Pet Policy: Dogs under 40 lbs considered with a $200 pet fee (owner approval required). No cats.
Pillows with covers provided; tenants bring blankets, sheets, and towels.
$200 cleaning fee applies to all stays.Please note: There is an owner’s quarters attached with a separate entrance and dedicated parking. On occasion, it may be occupied; however, this does not interfere with your stay. All amenities listed are exclusively for the main home.
