The first floor open concept includes a powder room, a living room with a gas fireplace and Smart TV, a dining room and a gorgeous light and airy kitchen with top of the line appliances including gas range and oven. The kitchen is fully stocked with every essential tool for the gourmet chef.
The first floor of the house also includes an en-suite bedroom, with spacious walk-in bathroom. The bedroom is beautifully furnished with a Queen sized bed and a Smart TV.
The second floor includes 3 bedrooms, a sitting room with queen sofa bed overlooking the pool, 3 full bathrooms and washer and dryer area. The master en-suite bedroom with spa like bathroom has a King sized bed, a huge walk in closet and a smart TV. The next en-suite bedroom with walk in bathroom includes a bunk bed (twin on top and full on the bottom), twin trundle bed and a flat screen Smart TV. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a brand new flat screen Smart TV and overlooks the pool. There is also fourth full bathroom with tub on this floor.
*Additional fee will be charged for heating/raising temp in pool. Any rentals less than 1 week (7 days) include a $200 cleaning fee*
