Park your car in the parking lot and leave it!!! A day at the cottage at 9 Perry street could unfold with an early stroll on the the Promenade and watch the sun rise over the ocean. Stop by the corner restaurant at Beach and Perry and order take out to eat on the enclosed or open porch overlooking the ocean. Next go to the beach which is a mere 68 steps away, have some lunch at a local bistro and soak up some sunshine. After the beach, enjoy cool refreshments on your ocean view outside porch while making dinner reservations at the many restaurants within minutes from the cottage. A stop at the the Washington Street Mall or late night fun and dancing at Congress Hall Hotel are just across the street. No worries about driving home! When it s time to turn in for the evening you will lull yourself to sleep by the sounds of ocean waves. The cottage sleeps 12 guests comfortable. Each of the 6 bedrooms has a queen bed, bathroom, TV, mini refrigerator, mini split AC and a ocean view. The cottage has a living room for family gatherings, dining room with a table and seating for 12. There is a kitchen equipped for preparing meals and has 2 refrigerators. The laundry room offers a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs during your stay. There is an outside shower to rinse off sandy toes! The parking lot has parking for 6 vehicles.
