The garage is available to store strollers, coolers, etc. This home is well suited for all ages - babies to seniors and everyone in between. Please note that there is no bathtub, shower stalls only. A baby tub, mat and rinse cup are all provided along with a Pack ‘n Play and booster seat. The home sits in a peaceful neighborhood, perfect for walks and bike rides through its wide, minimally traveled streets. A 5 minute walk down the street brings you to the Delaware Bay, home of the most breathtaking sunsets and perfect for relaxing, enjoying a walk, a swim or watching the dolphins and migrating birds . Also, just a 6 minute walk around the corner from this home, is Ponderlodge Pond, located within the 315 acre Cox Hall Creek WMA. The trails are walking, biking, stroller and dog friendly. A variety of restaurants, ice cream shops and miniature golf are within a 5 minute drive. Within a 10-15 min drive, enjoy Cape May beaches and Lighthouse, Washington Street shopping, numerous parks, walking and nature trails, Cape May Zoo, restaurants of all types, wineries, distilleries and Wildwood Boardwalk and Water Park. Take advantage of free summer concerts (Cape May Ferry Terminal, Rio Grande Rec Complex), free movies on Cape May Beach and Friday night fireworks at the Wildwood Boardwalk. As the rest of our family became more familiar with this area from our many visits here, we developed a strong desire to eventually have a place of our own. Fortunately, I was blessed with the opportunity to purchase this home which I’m happy to share with families who seek a quality beach get-a-way for their families. I feel we have the best of both worlds here as we enjoy the spaciousness and peacefulness of this tucked away home all while having convenient access anywhere we desire within a short drive.
